More Dividends Update from November 2021
More Dividends portfolio performed splendidly in November. As you can see it is already 10 days into December so I am a bit late with this update. Don’t worry though. I have a good reason. I just got back from a trip out to the west coast. I spent some time hiking in Joshua Tree National Park and Death Valley National Park. The fact that it is December made the weather there perfect for me. Then after several days of hiking I spent a little time in Las Vegas before flying back home.
It was a nice getaway. It was a fun trip with good company and I look forward to seeing them down the road somewhere.
While I was out playing in life, my portfolio was continuing to work for me. Let’s take a look and see how well we did.
Dividends Received
The amount of dividends that I receive in November is mainly supported by ATT&T and Omega Healthcare Investors. I would love to see some of the other positions get larger but I won’t invest based on when a company pays it’s dividends.
I will continue to make solid investments based on analysis of the fundamentals. As long as the fundamentals are solid, I do not care when they pay a dividend!
Let’s take a look at those companies!
Apple (APPL) – $1.85 – Reinvested
General Mills (GIS) – $10.18 – Reinvested
Realty Income (O) – $8.67 – Reinvested
Omega Healthcare Investors (OHI) – $32.73 – Reinvested
Procter & Gamble (PG) – $6.64 – Reinvested
AT&T (T) – $46.74 – Reinvested
WestRock (WRK) – $4.15 – Reinvested
November was the second month of Q4 and accounted for $110.96 of my 2021 Dividend Income.
In total as of November during 2021, I earned $ $1,393.79 in dividend income!
Dividends Received By Year
Year over year there has been a 7.2% increase in the amount of dividend income received during the month of November. This growth has all been powered by compounding growth!
Portfolio Allocation
There hasn’t been a big shift in the portfolio allocation. This will probably be consistent for the near term.
Current Portfolio
The current portfolio is looking nice. I am currently researching to make some new additions to the portfolio. Until then we will just have to work with what we got 🙂

Conclusion
November was great. The portfolio performed well. I was able to take a nice west coast getaway trip in early December. Life is good!
