Monthly Update Report from July 2019

July was a very busy month for me personally and for my portfolio. There were some additions made in the portfolio that will help strengthen some existing positions that I already had. Plus I am still seeing some great year over year growth.
Given all of the volatility in the market lately look for some more purchases to be happening very soon!
Until then let’s take a look at what’s been going on in the portfolio.
Stock Additions
During the month of July there were some additions made. I have been working so much lately that I actually didn’t post a buy article for these additions.
One of these additions have been some small nibbles for my Kroger position. By this I mean that I only added 5 more shares but it was done on 2 separate occasions.
The bigger purchase was of 11 shares of Altria Group which helped strengthen that position.
With both of these additions it will add $38.40 to my projected annual dividend income.
Dividends Received
This month provided me with a new 1st month of the quarter high record. It’s not very much but I am glad to see the growth
Cardinal Health (CAH) – $4.91 – Reinvested
Genuine Parts (GPC) – $4.78 – Reinvested
Coca Cola (KO) – $5.99 – Reinvested
Manhattan Bridge Capital (LOAN) – $.67 – Reinvested
Altria Group (MO) – $13.92 – Reinvested
Realty Income (O) – $6.22 – Reinvested
STAG Industrial (STAG) – $1.31
July was the first month of Q3 and accounted for $37.80 of my 2019 Dividend Income.
In total during 2019, I have earned $472.54 in dividend income!
So far my dividends received looks like this
Dividends Received By Year
Year over year, I saw a 71% increase in dividends earned during the month of July. Some additions have occurred which have affected this year over year growth.
Portfolio Allocation
After looking at the images of my portfolio allocation from a far. I have noticed that there haven’t been no significant changes in my portfolio allocation for some time. Even with the purchases that I have been making.
Current Portfolio
With no new additions my portfolio is pretty much the same. Some reinvested dividends and market fluctuations have caused all of the changes.

Conclusion
My first month of the quarter has really started to grow. With the Altria position getting larger it is really building the dividend income received during that month. With most of the income reinvested I am hoping to continue growing the year over year totals!
As always I look forward to reading all of your comments and questions, until then….. happy investing!

Thanks Divcome. The portfolio is slowly getting larger and unfortunately the large the portfolio value gets the slower the year over year growth will be. Thanks for stopping by!
