100th post celebration
Welcome back readers. I would like to thank all of you who continue to frequent my site and post comments. Today is a very exciting for me for this is to be the 100th post here at MoreDividends.com. On December 21st, 2014 I made my first post on the website. I was very unsure of the direction that I wanted to go with this website so it sat dormant until May of 2015. At that time I had an idea of where I wanted to go but I was still very far from getting there.
I had started building different pages on the website and started making a minimum of a monthly post. Since I started this site with $0 invested it was a very slow start. As I started to make purchases in my portfolio that allowed me to have some content to write about. It was very helpful to write about my investments because it allowed me to think through the investment before I decided to act on it.
This site has allowed me to stay focused on growing my portfolio in a positive way. I continue to improve upon my process so that I can analyze my decisions and results in the best way possible. Some ideas I have borrowed from other bloggers and some I have come up with myself.
Along the way I have used many different ways to come up with ideas to produce new content. Some I continue to use today and others I have retired because they did not work out very well. Yet some ideas may be seeing a new birth in the future.
I continue to learn from others as well as my own experiences and love having a platform where I can share these things that I have learned.
As my portfolio grows there are always new exciting experiences to be had. Thus far my portfolio has thrived during a bull market with only a minor correction or two happening. Regardless of what is to happen to the markets in the future I will continue to post about the happenings of my portfolio.
It has been a fun journey so far from $0 to where I am today. I hope that all of you will continue on this journey with me into the future.
