Dividend Increase Affect On More Dividends
I am currently holding 27.731 shares of Microsoft. With this 0.2% increase it will add an additional $0.17 to my projected annual dividend income and this doesn’t even take into account the compounding factor!
Conclusion
Realty Income is the only company that I have owned stock in twice. Although I regret selling my original position, I am glad that I was smart enough to buy back in.
I think that the company is a great company and I would love to add more when the share price gets back down to my cost basis. Currently, it is about $20 above my cost basis so it will take a significant pull back for it reach that point. Until that happens though I will continue to reinvest the dividends to keep growing the position.
Regardless of how large or small, I love all dividend increases. That is how we end up with More Dividends 😉
Do you currently hold any stock in Realty Income? What do you think of this dividend increase? Just let me know in the comments.
As always I look forward to reading all of your comments and questions, until then….. happy investing!

Love seeing Realty Income do its thing. Small raise, but still around 3% higher year over year.
