Dividend Increase Effect On More Dividends
I am currently holding 7.535 shares of Procter & Gamble in the More Dividends portfolio. With this 10% increase it will add an additional $2.39 to my projected annual dividend income and this doesn’t even take into account the compounding factor!
Conclusion
P&G has been a great holding for me so far. Since starting this position, this will be the 2nd dividend increase that I have seen. The first one was for 6% and now this one is for 10%. Those are some great increases for the portfolio.
I do regret not building this position larger before it took off but hopefully I will have more buying opportunities in the future.
Regardless of how large or small, I love all dividend increases. That is how we end up with More Dividends 😉
Do you currently hold any stock in Procter & Gamble? What do you think of this dividend increase? Just let me know in the comments.
I know that it is way late but look for my March Dividend Income report to be published in the next couple of days.
As always I look forward to reading all of your comments and questions, until then….. happy investing!
