Dividend Increase Effect On More Dividends
I am currently holding 8.109 shares of Johnson and Johnson in the More Dividends portfolio. With this 6.3% increase it will add an additional $1.95 to my projected annual dividend income and this doesn’t even take into account the compounding factor!
Conclusion
Johnson and Johnson is a great company. Like some of my other positions, my only regret is the fact that I wasn’t able to buy more before the price moved so far ahead of my cost basis. I would welcome the opporunity to add more shares but until then I will continue to collect a solid dividend from a solid company.
Regardless of how large or small, I love all dividend increases. That is how we end up with More Dividends 😉
