Conclusion
I remember when I started this position. I made a couple of buys in a short period of time. Each purchase lowered my cost basis a little bit more. Since then the share price of Realty Income has continued to go up. So while I have a nice position in Realty Income currently, I won’t be looking to add to it anytime soon. It would take a huge drop in the share price.
Until that price goes down, I will hold this position and let it continue to compound on itself.
Regardless of how large or small, I love all dividend increases. That is how we end up with More Dividends 😉
Do you currently hold any stock in Realty Income? What do you think of this dividend increase? Just let me know in the comments.
As always I look forward to reading all of your comments and questions, until then….. happy investing!
